Transport Scotland has launched a public consultation seeking views on its draft Just Transition Plan for Transport.
Transport Scotland’s draft Plan is focussed on ensuring that the costs and benefits of the transition to Net Zero – including the benefits of new economic opportunities – are shared fairly.
The Plan identifies the key challenges and opportunities currently facing the transport sector. The consultation asks for views on strategic planning priorities, and the actions required to deliver them.
The deadline for responding to the consultation is 19 May 2025.
