Moving the Vote: transport conversations with the SNPDate: 23 April 2021 Location: Online Organised by: Transform Scotland
In advance of May’s Scottish Parliament elections, we are hosting a series of online events to provide our members, the wider transport sector, and members of the public with the opportunity to engage with representatives of the main political parties in Scotland. A representative from each of the five main political parties in Scotland will outline their party’s vision for sustainable transport should they be elected and then allow delegates the opportunity to ask questions on key transport issues.
We’re delighted to be working with Alastair Dalton, Transport Correspondent for The Scotsman/Scotland on Sunday, who will be chairing the events. We’ll also be joined by experts from within Transform’s membership who will be available to join in the discussion.
The final event of this series will be held on Friday 23 April from 13:00-14:00 when we welcome MSP Michael Matheson, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity.
The events are open to the public and free to attend. You can sign up on the Eventbrite page here.
