Partnerships manager
We’re seeking a proactive and motivated person to identify, develop and manage income-generating partnerships within private and public sector bodies across Scotland.
As Partnerships Manager, you’ll work in a small, busy and friendly team and play a crucial role in delivering Transform’s income generation strategy.
Role details:
- Position: Partnerships Manager
- Contract period: Permanent
- Location: Based in Edinburgh with occasional travel across Scotland (hybrid working can be discussed)
- Hours: 0.5 FTE (17.5hrs/wk)
- Salary: £35,917 (pro rata)

What you’ll do:
- Create a compelling case for support for Transform Scotland’s work.
- Identify, cultivate and manage a portfolio of high-value partnerships.
- Provide excellent stewardship and relationship management.
- Co-lead commercial contract negotiations.
- Implement our legacy fundraising strategy.
- Support business development for Transform’s social enterprise arms, Transform Consulting and Transform Creative.
