We’re hiring: Partnerships manager

Partnerships manager

We’re seeking a proactive and motivated person to identify, develop and manage income-generating partnerships within private and public sector bodies across Scotland.

As Partnerships Manager, you’ll work in a small, busy and friendly team and play a crucial role in delivering Transform’s income generation strategy.

Role details:

  • Position: Partnerships Manager
  • Contract period: Permanent
  • Location: Based in Edinburgh with occasional travel across Scotland (hybrid working can be discussed)
  • Hours: 0.5 FTE (17.5hrs/wk)
  • Salary: £35,917 (pro rata)
  • Closing date: Fri 7th March 12:00
  • Interviews: Thursday 13 March (in person)

What you’ll do:

  • Create a compelling case for support for Transform Scotland’s work.
  • Identify, cultivate and manage a portfolio of high-value partnerships.
  • Provide excellent stewardship and relationship management.
  • Co-lead commercial contract negotiations.
  • Implement our legacy fundraising strategy.
  • Support business development for Transform’s social enterprise arms, Transform Consulting and Transform Creative.
