She reported a modest increase in the reimbursement rate and confirmed that the Under‑22s scheme is now operating within a capped budget. She also highlighted recent developments, including the launch of the £2 bus fare pilot in Shetland.

Mark outlined the implications for active travel, noting that the Sustainable and Active Travel budget is set at £226 million, with the £60 million Bus Investment Fund now confirmed within that allocation.
