Transform sets out its aspirations for STPR2

Scottish transport spend has in recent years been massively skewed towards high-carbon road-building.

To tackle the #ClimateEmergency, this afternoon’s @scotgov #STPR2 announcement needs to prioritise #SustainableTransport investment.
